"The young hairdresser he cut my hair exactly how I like and is friendly. This hair salon is well decorated as well and pleasant. I do recommend it !"
"After finishing with the previous customer, the barber looked at me, then went about doing routine jobs for 10mins, followed by popping outside for a cigarette break. He didn’t say anything at all about how long he was going to be. Eventually after another 10mins I got frustrated and left. No one said anything to me whilst I was there, and with the occasional looks I was getting I felt like I was a big inconvenience for them. Very poor service."
"The owner treated me with the utmost respect the moment I walked in. He asked me what I wanted and that is exactly what I got. The cleanest and freshest trim i have had in a long time. Highly recommended. Great Customer Service. Complimentary Drinks. Nice seating area. Air conditioning. Five star."
"The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They opened 40 minutes late and after eventually cutting one person's hair they went on a cigarette break leaving me on my own inside the shop without so much of a word to me. After waiting almost 2 hours and £4 in parking i gave up. If that's how they treat customers I'm surprised they manage to have any at all. Avoid, avoid, avoid"
"This place has gone downhill. The owner wastes everyone's time. He talks way too much to his co workers and makes customer's spend a long time at his shop unnecessarily. He is also renowned for being racist especially towards Pakistanis. I am Turkish so I fully understand what he talks about to his colleagues! The costs are through the roof. Haircut and shave will set you back £25-£28!!!!! How these lot even get customer's is beyond me. There are plenty of barbers out there who are way more professional and charge reasonable prices. I would avoid this place unless you fancy wasting your entire day and emptying your wallet!"
