"I booked to stay over a month ago and it was all confirmed and an hour before i was supposed to be going they rung to tell me i couldn’t stay there the only way i could was by putting £150 down when i got there which i was never made aware of. The room i was staying in cost £80 aswell as the £150 they now wanted, i was not able to get £150 right there and then because of how last minute it was therefore meant i had to cancel, luckily i managed to argue and not get charged £80 for the room, which i would’ve had to pay even if i cancelled. i can not believe how last minute this was that they told me. i was looking forward to it and i bet the rooms are beautiful but the customer service is appalling!"
"Excellent hospitality, clean place, Very good location. It was my first time to stay in a serviced apartment so i did not know much about it but Queen Stay is amazing & LUXURY. Actually much better than a hotel. I would definitely stay again when I comeback to Sheffield and highly recommend it."
"We were sceptical about this booking before we arrived. After a week of camping we wanted to relax somewhere for our last night. Turns out we were correct in our thinking. -Beds were not comfy (that's after a week camping!) -There wasn't any hot water from taps let alone the shower. Lukewarm if you were lucky. -Felt very lived in and not as clean as you would want. Food was left in the sink drainer, sofas were very used and the whole place just felt dirty. -The room we were given (after being offered it for an upgrade) smelt like weed and the bathroom smelt like stale smoke when the fan was running. We had to leave and get our booking refunded as it just wasn't what you'd expect and felt we couldn't relax. The guy at reception was as helpful and friendly as he could have been. Wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing stay."
