"Took my 17 year old (very feisty!) dog (Lady) to Barbara to be groomed for the first time, after she was recommended to me. Lady was so matted because in recent months she wouldn't let any groomer near her. Barbara was brilliant!!! She spent ages grooming her, cleaning her ears and trimming her claws. Lady was definitely a challenge, even though I stayed with her, but Barbara had so much patience with her. Lady came out looking great - like her old self, and is a much happier dog. I can't recommend Barbara enough!!! Thank you SO much!!!"
