"Have been looking after me for last three years great staff"
"Twice not had a good experience with them. Some staff not very helpful. Phone lines always down, I couldn't go in and sent husband, he asked If i can have quick word over phone and she is asking him to put it on loud speaker so everyone in the shop can hear my issue? He explained i tried calling and their lines busy. She said their phone wasnt plugged in, as if that's a normal thing they do just unplug it when they feel like it. He left and went to Adams instead."
"Terrible customer service and not approachable When collecting my parcel I asked if I needed could I bring it back to that particular shop to return they said I could I came to return it and they refused it , I then took it to the ashton branch 15 mins later and they accepted it , they basically couldn't be bothered to help me because it was an online purchase For a community pharmacy its terrible and I won't be using them again I chose that store because it is convenient with having a 2 year old and it's just down the road I'd rather go out of the way that feel like that"
"Having used the Boots pharmacy on Mossley Rd Ashton under Lyne for the past 20years, I have never received customer service as good as what I have today. Debbie and Emma - what a breath of fresh air, friendly, polite & helpful. Its always been a busy pharmacy and over the years ive spent ages standing about waiting. Today the experience was like a completely different store! They worked efficiently and professionally, keeping me informed where they were upto whilst I waited. What a great team!"
