"As a woman with a mens hairstyle I normally feel so uncomfortable going to the barbers but the staff there always make me feel extremely welcome and have made it so easy for me to go there, I have moved from the Caterham area now but still travel to hopes because of their wonderful staff and hair cut quality!"
"Disappointed by the varied service I recieved, I have had several haircuts for myself and 2 sons over the last year, I often found the the staff to be cocky and even rude at times, When I complained following a sloppy and rushed cut ( 3rd older barber) I was told it was fine and I was made to feel like I was ungrateful yet the 1st barber re-cut my sons hair perfectly. Avoid!!! as there is a far better barbers very close by....."
