"Just got finished having my hair cut and it is the best I’ve had in a long time. It is better than the others I’ve had around east London, and cheaper too. She was very friendly and she quickly sorted out the parts of my hair that others normally struggle with or just cut wrong. "The previous commenters are obviously her "regulars" (whom are either family or friends), with very biased opinion. This lady is rude and not professional at all. I had a balayage done and paid £100, it wasn't done correct. Half my head was left patchy and the other half had a staircase effect. I pointed it out to her on the day and she had told me "because your hair is wet it looks like this. once dry it'll be fine" so even after blow drying I can still see inconsistency and golf her again, she told me it's normal as it's balayage but something still didn't look right at all. The other half of my head I was happy with, although it wasn't the colour that I had initial asked for, it was still nice. A week later, i washed my hair and noticed the patchiness and inconsistencies, so I went to another hair dressers and they had told me the same thing that I had thought, it was done very unprofessionally. She took pictures and I had realised there weren't more mistakes than I knew. As a uni student, I had exams coming up and didn't want to jeopardise my studies, so I called her 2.5 weeks after (still during exam period) to let her know of my concerns. She was VERY rude. And then she had asked me to come in so she can see. I told her i can only come in now as i will head back to uni tonight and she said she can't see me because she's busy. So i told her i'll see her after my exams and she agreed. Exams are over, and I called her, I couldn't believe the customer service. She told me that I've left it for too long, despite keeping in contact with her, and she can see me but there will be a charge. I fathom to understand this, as SHE MESSED UP MY HAIR THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR, AND NOT SATISFIED DESPITE TELLING HER ON THE DAY, SO SHE SHOULD FIX HER MISTAKE FREE OF CHARGE. She is of course money hungry. Then she started ranting how she's never had a complaint etc, well congratulations on your first one. She gets super defensive, almost as though she thinks she's a perfectionist and if someone tells her otherwise she gets angry and will make you feel rubbish. Don't bother going here, you don't get what you pay for, overcharge and very terrible customer service."
