She is always open to new ideas and listens to what you want to achieve, doing whatever she can to make it a reality whilst balancing this against preserving the health and condition of your hair. My hair has never been as long as it is now; before Sophia it would never get past a certain length as the ends would continually break off. On a personal level, Sophia is a really lovely lady - very friendly, easy to chat to and professional. Her home salon is a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few hours and her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend!"
