"I usually hate having my hair or head touched, so I only go to the hairdresser when my hair gets into an unmanageable mess. First, I went to speak to Maggie for my consultation (after being made a lovely cup of tea by CiCi). She was so knowledgeable and had some great ideas (as I am useless and have no idea what may suit me. I know, I am a nightmare client...) CiCi was then charged with washing my hair. I would never usually like anyone touching my head any more than necessary, but this woman is some kind of magician. Her head massage almost sent me to sleep, so relaxing and lovely it was. She was also absolutely wonderful and lovely to talk to. Then, I was back to Maggie (who during this time had dealt with other clients who left very happy and she knew them very well). Maggie is another magician, but this time with hair styling and cutting. You know you are in the hands of an expert when she is doing her magic. Such a huge weight (of ridiculous hair) lifted after her miraculous job. I am thrilled and my hair looks amazing. Top tip, if she sees a vision of what she would like to do, go with that. She knows hair, she knows people and really knows what will look good. Couldn't be more thrilled with my cut. The whole experience was so much more pleasant than any trip I have had to the hairdresser before. Thank you Beaucatcher Salon. I will be back (but maybe not until my hair is driving me mad again in another couple of years as I am rubbish. You are all fab though. Very happy)..."

"I had some very seriously grown out dark roots from a home bleach job that needed attention. I didn’t really know what I wanted, just that I wanted to stay blonde but not ruin my hair any further (I have some seriously short bits at the back that have just fallen apart like straw). Magda gave me amazing service. She did highlights and lowlights that have seamlessly blended the dark brown of my roots with the blonde of the rest of the hair, and recommended an Olaplex treatment to maintain my hair’s health. It’s the best dye job I’ve ever had, with no extra damage to my hair. Not to mention the rest of the staff at Beaucatcher create a really warm and welcoming atmosphere.
