"Great barbershop! The barbers are knowledgeable and kind, and Yoyo barbers has become my go-to address since I arrived in London. If I could change one thing though, I'd get rid of the ridiculously small aquarium with a few miserable goldfish in it. It's the equivalent of a prison cell for a man. Every time I walk into the store, it makes me nauseous. It's really sad to see, and I assure you that it doesn't make the room more alive, contrary to the splendid mural of Jerusalem!"
"Amazing barber, go to Meheran he is top!!!"
"亚洲人不要来,不要来,他们并不把我们当回事。 So Im new to this shop cuz Im newly moved here, and I think maybe because Im a Chinese so they didn't think I m important. So they asks their new barber to cut my hair which is fine! But! 1. The new barber isn't good. He cuts my hair for like 4 mins then that's done!? Can you imagine, bad then he cuts my mustache for like 10mins. I mean I m not a barber but I had my hair cut in UK by different barber And this is my fastest one and it's not good! And Im a Chinese I don't have much mustache, and he cuts for like 10mins! 2. When the new barber asks me how do I want to cut my mustache. I didn't know it charges money. It's ok they have such service, But at least tell me how much before they do it? I asked how much for men hair cut they said 17 But they didn't tell me it charges money for mustache cut! I'm newly moved here and I shouldn't try this one. It's my fault I truly feel sorry."
"I went to Yoyo as I wanted my 2 year old to get a haircut and my friend had just been to one of the barbers in this place. I liked his haircut and thought that for £15 it was worth getting a nice haircut from a recommended place. My son is the sweetest boy, but experiencing the terrible two's. Yossi, the guy in charge reassured me it was all good, as the guy who would cut his hair is good with children. I guess he could see how sweet and patient he was even though we were waiting for 20 minutes. That's when I was with him waiting, before the haircut thing started. The barber who's supposedly good with children and told me himself that he was very patient is probably used to well behaved, quiet children. Let's say that it was not an easy nor a pleasant experience. It was my son's first ever haircut, and he wouldn't understand why he was cutting his hair. Maybe I should've waited until he was older or gone to someone who really is good with children... . The barber ended up not being gentle and even said himself that he lost his patience. I should've just left in the middle, but thought he was almost done. When it was time to pay, he did not charge me £15. He charged me £30... I work with special needs kids and teenagers. If one has a tantrum, I do not charge double. It's immoral and can't even be legal... I later called to talk to ask to speak to Yossi, the guy in charge, but was told he was too busy to talk or get back to me. I asked the receptionist if she could tell me how much the guys charge for a kid's haircut. She said it was £17 if it was done by Yossi, or £15 if it was anyone else. I said I was charged by one of the other guys £30... She then asked for how many children, assuming she could help me with my maths... When I said for one child, she double checked that I was charged £30 for one child only and for a haircut only. She then said she'd talk to Yossi about it and get back to me. When she did, she explained that he was supposed to charge him £30 because it was a Halake haircut. When I said it wasn't, it was just a 2 year old getting his haircut, she said - well yeah, but it was his first haircut and his hair was quite long. What a load of £(%$!!! My friend's son had longer hair and she was charged half! My husband has longer hair when he goes to the hairdresser, and he's charged £10! Who charges £30 for a 2 year old child at the barber's?!? And that's after being told very clearly they charge £15! I'm appalled!"
