"Horrible experience! Definitely AVOID if you need a complex hair cut! I was looking for a dry haircut in my area and found this online. I took an appointment for late evening and once there the hairdresser was quite rough, she left me sitting on the chair for 10 minutes disappearing in another room, without communicating with me at all. Once back, I showed her the picture how I wanted my hair cut (from a bob to a short cut) and I was told that was a "restyling" and therefore I needed to come back again (the salon was closing) because the hair need to be wet, they needed to "section the hair", and it was only 5£ more. I thought "fine I'll come back, but such a hassle coming twice, couldn't they tell me before??". I returned the next week, ready for the wash and cut. The shampoo was very fast and the way the hairdresser touched my head was so heavy and rough, really unpleasant. IMHO, the shampoo wasn't necessary at all as my hair is v thin, it can be just wet with a few sprays. If you have experience you just need to look at my head to understand it. Anyway, she started cutting and didn't even check my hair before the wash, to realise that it curls a lot when short. Indeed, she cut too much. My final review is that she was totally unprepared for this type of cut, it resulted in a ridiculously short haircut (because my hair really curled when dry and shrank in length), she touched my head with rough and sharp movements, making the hair cut very unpleasant and kept cutting without even checking with me the length, she just cut cut cut anxiously. She should have proceeded little by little to make sure I was ok with the length. Communication was absolutely absent! At the end, she clearly realised she made a big mistake in calculation and she embarrassed said "well, that's what you wanted, no? Anyway, wait a couple of weeks for the hair to settle" and I thought "settle what? the hair doesn't settle XD you just made a huge mistake and hope that a week can fix it..". I'm writing after a few months and only now my hair is the desired length, so basically she made an error of about 3 months (she cut circa 3-4 cm too much, because she didn't pay attention to my hair before wash and noticing that it curls the more short it is) I won't come back for 2 reasons: the inexperience in handling difficult cuts and thin hair like mine and the total absence of customer care skills of the hairdresser. I also read other reviews where similar things happened so another reason could also be that they are dishonest."
