"Had my nails done on Saturday which was through a Wowcher voucher for shellac nails. Wow was I disappointed, you could tell from the start that this was definitely NOT shellac but a cheaper used brand. By Tuesday my nails was peeling and looked so horrendous I had to go somewhere else just to have them taken off!!! Phoned the company and spoke to the manager who she said because they were not notified within 48hrs, they will take no further action. I do not expect shellac nails to start chipping or cracking before 48hours. We even said we had pictures to show them but they were not intetested. Do yourself a favour and save your time and money, this place and their customer service is truly not worth it!!!!!!!"

"Bought a group on voucher. They barely had any colours, the girl gave me the worst, shabbiest looking shellac ever. Then when I asked her to tidy it up around the edges she refused, saying that it was my own fault for not booking a proper manicure. When I showed my nails to my colleagues at work, they cried with laughter and a bad manicure is now known as a 'croydon manicure' in our office. Oh and because they use rubbish quality polish, it all peeled off anyway within 48hrs (should last approx 10days at least). I spoke to the owner to complain, asked for a refund. She didn't respond after I asked for the refund. The girl who did my pedicure was, at least, quite friendly. Apart from that, 100% useless, don't waste your time or money"

"Never ever again. I bought groupon voucher to make my eyelashes, it was a complete disaster! I went the next day to them to fix it, but they couldn't change it. I have this silly lashes for 3 or more weeks! For my birthday!!! For my traveling!! And at work!! Seriously never ever again!!! They even didn't offer my to come back after my travelling or gave me a voucher! Nothing. I just know if could I would give them -3 stars!!!"

"Had been greeted by Henrietta not long after I passed the door. I was there for a massage which I really enjoyed. Henrietta is very professional, she took time to explain to me how she will work and what to do before we start. Always with a smile and a professional and relaxed attitude. I really recommend her and the salon and planned to come back soon."

The hairdresser was able to fit me in even though I was running very late and she finished a lot later than scheduled. As promised writing this excellent review, as she really went out of her way for me. Clean and fresh unlike many other places I have gone to."
