"i would give zero stars...never again. when i arrived i asked if it was possible to pay by card the manager said yes but when i was paying he said cash only. the manager and the other guy don't know how to do their job. It seemed like they were gossiping about me because I overheard them talking about my nails. I repeated how to get my nails done so many times, they laughed in my face, speak their language in front of you and badmouth you. I didn't get the nails I wanted but I got tired of how I wanted nails and said take them how you want them. they cut me several times, blood came out of my nails but they didn't care, they put gel on my blood. ah i asked the price and once the job was done they charged me double what they said. my nails are awful and i want my money back"

"Never come back to them. Very werid atmosphere. Felt like they were gossiping about me because I heard them talking about my nails. 25 £ for nail like that is too expensive. Store dirty, re-using tools on multiple clients. Not saying that corona is over or any other illness that can be spread by even a little bit of blood and as I say they re-using they tools. My nails are okey, but my friends were doing much better work for me but, now I live in UK and they live in another European country, so I went to nail salon. I expected at least nice atmosphere so I could relax. I can say that once in my life I been in nail salon and I don't want to come back ever again to any. Thank you guys."

"I am a tourist to London and after several weeks I needed a fill. I found an affordable salon and scheduled an appointment. During the manicure I was cut twice and left with 2 bleeding fingers. However, when I went to pay with my credit card I was told cash only. No sign in the store or on the website. I was directed to the ATM machine but it declined my card twice. I had to go across the street to another ATM. I would NEVER have gone there if it had stated so on the website or if there had been a sign in the salon. Go with cash and leave with bloody fingers"

"Had pretty good experiences here until one girl filled my nail bed too much and left them very weak. Usually I love their shellac, they take such good attention to detail and paint your nail right from the edge of your cuticle. However I’m a bit scared to go again due to my last experience"
