"Sadly Susy didn’t turn up for my appointment. I had originally booked an underarm wax through Treatwell and selected to pay in person at the salon. I had an emergency which meant that I couldn’t attend, which I told Susy about and we agreed a new date. Susy marked the appt as a ‘no show’ (which is fair enough) and I was charged £20 for the missed appointment. Susy subsequently didn’t show up for the new appointment we arranged. I tried to text and call as I was standing right outside the clinic but she didn’t answer. I’m really disappointed. I like to support small businesses, especially when female-owned, but Susy has now missed out on a lifetime of my business due to her own ‘no show’. Really disappointing. Me and my underarms will be going elsewhere!"

"Such a beautiful salon with the most amazing services! A lovely and warm Italian lady greeted me and immediately I felt so welcomed by her positive energy. I had the lash lift and tint and the results are incredible. So happy with my lashes and I’ll definitely be coming back to Susy! Highly recommend this place!"

"Categorically worst salon experience I've ever had. Susy was extraordinarily unprofessional, became very aggressive very fast, and then started shouting numerous insults at me - including "You must be on your period"?! I had to leave the salon mid-treatment as I felt so threatened. I wish I'd read the previous reviews before I'd gone, as it sounds like she's a liability!! And I'm sure she's going to say this is a fake review."

"AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I am absolutely fuming over the awful customer service that Susy provided! She cancelled the appointment after I was already there (petrol costs & Paid for parking) I was told not to put her under pressure and that it’s Treatwell’s fault not hers and to file a complaint through them! She was extremely rude and hung up the phone. When she saw me standing outside her door already she shouted at me to GO!! Extremely Rude, UNPROFESSIONAL and am really shocked that someone would run a business with such bad ethics!"
