"Small place in Acton, a bit hard to find at first. I bought a Groupon for 3 microdermabrasion treatments, and each time, my treatment length got shorter and shorter. For one of my appointments, I was late because of bus delays, but I rang her to let her know in advance. Instead of trying to ease my worries, she told me I'd lose my appointment time and made no effort in trying to rebook me, and then hung up on me! That got me so stressed that I ran to the place instead so I wouldn't lose my appointment. I was having an asthma attack by the time I got to the place! Not relaxing at all! She also lied to me when, at the end of my last treatment, said she would debrief with me afterwards but went to deal with another client instead. The other lady who worked there told me that she would give me a ring to follow up, but no phone call to date. Treatments were affordable, but there is a reason why. Be Careful."

"I purchased a Groupon Voucher with three microdermabrasion sessions, plus oxygen infused facial and it’s a total waste of money and time. Very nice lady that was doing the treatment but overall I was done after 20 minutes, I started at 10:05-10:25 I was out there, which is the quickest session I have ever went to. Won’t go back to redeem the last two as it’s just a waste of my time for travel, money and parking. Very disappointed:( Thank you for your feedback- and the lies in it. I have a proof of my claim as I was sending messages before - and right after my treatment so please save yourself from dishonesty. It is not ok."
"I have received the worst customer service from the receptionist. I am guessing it is the language barrier of the receptionist, otherwise, she would have been more respectful. I had an appointment, I have clearly mentioned at my arrivals that I have got a voucher that i have purchased online, i was told to enter and i received my first treatment/session. When i contacted the receptionist to book for my second session, she told me that in my first appointment. No one has asked me to share the appointment voucher/code and i should have presented anyways. She said the fact that i didn’t do so, she call me nasty behaviour and accused me of theft. I have never received such comments from a person like this in my entire life and the fact this was from the receptionist to a client i hope this message gets to the owner and an action should be made toward the rude receptionist immediately. My reaction was not to argue over the phone and instead I contacted the place where I purchased the voucher and received a refund for my voucher. This behaviour should not be tolerated and if you experience this harassment please speak up. We should never allow such a bad treatment. this has effected my whole day."
