"I have tried twice today to use the online system, answering many questions regarding my health condition,and i keep getting closed out and a red box states contact surgery. It also states that the information i had recorded will not be forwarded to my G.P. I have phoned 5 times, each call lasting 2 or 3 minutes of contiual ringing, however no one answers. Very poor service. In total i have now telephoned the surgery 11 times and still no one has answered. This used to be an excellent surgey that i have used for over 15 years."
"Can't leave my child's health in their hands - looking to book a private appointment elsewhere! 30 years of NI payments and I have to go private? Phones never answered, no appointments available, the staff have no idea what their doing and can't answer simple questions (not even managers) Cant even process simple paper work/referrals you need to physically visit them and make sure they are doing their job (which they don't) Close it down, retrain new staff and bring back old school manners! Avoid at all costs"
