"Had to leave as I had moved but was told as I was seeing the social proscriber ,I could stay until the 8th of February.I received a call saying all the appointments with him had been cancelled and he would arrange another appointment; Been told that he's moved - not told that at the time either.I put my prescription in for a medication I cannot do without and which cannot be stopped suddenly.Rang the surgery to enquire and was told my prescription could not be issued because my file had been deactivated - they should have got in touch with me as soon as they saw my prescription but didn't .I could have gone to my new surgery earlier.I also was supposed to be changing from one medication to a different one -never happened ;A letter from a specialist that wasn't read and never any follow up calls when I was supposed to have one .I will be reporting this practice to the health authority and I am going to report the GP's involved to the BMA .Thank god I've gone to another practice where the receptionists don't have a god complex. I was told by my new surgery that Haworth surgery couldn't take me off until all my details had been sent to them but they took no notice of that either.The only reason I've given one star is because there wasn't a choice of not giving any .If I don't get anywhere with the health authority and BMA ,I will be suing."

"I found that GP Service for Haworth has gone down. Speaking to Book Appointments makes me Stressed due to the Level of time it takes to Book an Appointment. Believe Since Modality has taken over Haworth Medical was better ran as Independent."

"A nurse who saw to me asked me my symptoms and I explained them to her. I told her I have an issue with my ears which has gotten worse & she shouted at me telling me that she’s not going to get into an ongoing issue & I’m here for my stomach pain & she isn’t going to discuss my ears. She lacked compassion and empathy and I was disgusted and disappointed with the way she handled the situation & spoke to me. She kept relating my issues to hers saying she she had a flu & I have a flu too. Definitely won’t be using the walk in ever again. It has gone down hill !"

"I've been with Haworth GP for 30 yrs. Thankfully we are moving abroad as the whole set up has gone down the pan. We dropped records requests forms off 8 weeks ago...with a 6 week turnaround.....8 weeks on...yup. No records and we emigrate in 2 days. Not to worry, I'll ring..... You can't actually speak to anyone, on hold for ages or use the call back. I tried that, having rung at around 2pm, no call back by 6pm. Since Modality took over, it is so obvious that this is simply a business, no longer a community surgery for the health and wellbeing of local people. Shame on you."
