"Called this morning and after stating my name and reason for calling, they said they will look into my issue and call back. I received no call back. I just called back to which they had no record of me ever previously calling. The woman I just spoke to clearly wanted to do anything else but help me. After confirming where my prescription was she hung up abruptly. I could barely fit in to say thank you. Awful service. I understand if you don't like your job but please show 1% enthusiasm as you are helping people in need."

"Thornton have got their act together, contacted Monday got appointment Tuesday pm when doctor rang me back within an hour. I asked to put back the timing of my 2:40pm appointment to late afternoon they obliged with a perfect 4pm appointment. Reception were friendly and Dr Mahmoud who put me at ease with his friendly and helpful Manner. I am confident I will now get the help I need to cope with my condition. Thanks Thornton very much"
