Reviews
"It's a Caffe Nero so serves coffee and teas. You can sit outside and view the shabbiness and managed decay of Chapel Street along with its characterful shoppers, buskers and chuggers. Inflation has hit prices everywhere and the elastic is now wearing thin when charged 2.35 for hot water and an admittedly good English Breakfast teabag. When the prices get too high and the elastic snaps though that'll be the end of my high street cuppa."
"Nice a peaceful when I went. Upstairs area is particularly quiet and enjoyable. Coffee is, of course, great"
"Family of 4 , couldn't believe the price of 2 kid's hot chocolate's- compared to competitors- almost treble!!!! I usually pay about 90p for a chino!! They charged me over £3.00 - disgusting!! To top it off, It wasn't even clean , the toilets were the filthy!"
"The toilet door tells you that you need the code on the bottom of the receipt. However most don't get a receipt!! So you have to walk back downstairs to ask staff for the code when there's a huge queue! Just leave them open please without a code."
"Terrible service, two completely mismatched glasses for our drinks. The toasted sandwich was only toasted on one side and was really soggy. No cold water or disposal cups to use. This place is really going down hill. Better today than previously. No one from Cafe Nero reacts to experiences recorded here"
