"It is with sincere thanks I write this review about Hunters at Stourbridge, but particularly Jack, who is an absolute star. We sadly didn't use Hunters to market our property (we very much regret this now) but we did thankfully do our purchase with them. From the very beginning the first impression Jack surpassed all the other estate agents with have had dealings with. From showing us round the property, having knowledge about it all and the presentation in showing us was remarkably better than what we have experienced elsewhere. He dealt with our offer immediately, and from then on he has always been so easily accessible on email and phone, and his communication is second to none. If something needs chasing he is on to it. I honestly believe things could have gone so badly without the help and intervention of Jack, he always resolved problems that happened between solicitors and always put me at ease. He has a wealth of knowledge. Between myself and my Husband Dan we want to thank Jack for everything he has done to get us our perfect home. He was the glue that held it all together in the process. At times when Jack wasn't available the rest of the team were all lovely and able to help with my queries at anytime. Jack would always hand over things and appoint to someone else at the Hunters team when he wasn't there, you are looked after every step of the way. "We decided to sell our home earlier this year to take advantage of the market while we were waiting for our new house to be ready. After speaking with the 5 top rated agents on Google for valuations, I can say with absolute certainty that Hunters (specifically Ellis) gave by far the best first impression. From the beginning, Ellis was professional, friendly and gave a realistic valuation (which is saying something considering that there was a £40k difference between the figures from the other agents, on a house worth "only" £175k!) We were initially reluctant to use a traditional high street agent, due to the high fees and typical estate agent stereotype (that we have both, unfortunately, experienced before). Ellis completely subverted these expectations and provided an exemplary service throughout. Within 5 days of putting the house on the market, Ellis secured us a great amount of offers to choose from, and had secured us committed buyers. He provided honest advice and guidance throughout the negotiation and legal process, which was greatly appreciated as first-time sellers. Ellis was always there to answer any questions and kept us updated regularly throughout the entire process. He also generally put up with us and our unusual circumstances! Trust is so important (and depressingly rare) when selling your most important asset, but Ellis proved himself to be incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable and an absolute star from beginning to end.
