"Needs a refit and staff are more focused.on the computer. Manners in the restaurant also need work as not welcoming and very blunt."

"The room was clean apart from tv controller that hadn't been cleaned for a while and very grubby. The lady on reception upon arrival wasn't helpful at all. Gave us 1 key card instead of 2. We arrived with my wife in a wheelchair and one bag. My wife had to sit in the room with no electrics on while I run herons throughout our stay as you couldn't get in the door past reception without a key card. The lady had no interest in being there never mind being helpful. I also went down to reception later on to ask for some soft pillows as all 4 pillows in the room were firm ones and the lady on reception after ringing the buzzer response was we haven't got any anymore and went quiet... So I left and my wife had a terrible night's sleep. Next day we had to go to tesco and buy soft pillows on our vacation which was annoying. Was not impressed at all. Premier Inn are normally so good but this lady ruined our stay and will never use Premier inn Stourbridge again"

"Stayed here in December when we were visiting West Midlands Safari Park for the lantern festival, it was located in a quiet area, 20 minutes or so from the park, Tesco and McDonald's 5 minutes away, easy to get to, Brewers Fayre is in a separate building right next door, check in was easy, had a family room which was very large, no issues with room, a little scuff here and there but nothing major, parking is free and there was plenty."

"We arrived on 4th Jan to a cold room. The lady that was on that evening she said she had come from another site to cover. She came to the room to check the heating but was unable to fix it. She went away and came back after finding out how the system worked. I want to say she has great customer service and made sure the problem was fixed. Shame I did not get her name. The following day I met the receptionist Maz she was super friendly and smiley and a great personality. She is an asset to your company as she has great customer service skills. The lady I met on the evening reception unfortunately I did not get her name she also had great customer service and friendly. Stourbridge Premier Inn in my experience have a great Team and brilliant customer service."

"We visit quite regularly and have always found the rooms up to Premier standard. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We usually have a breakfast which I cant fault. We will definitely book for next time"
