They were very well wrapped in bubble wrap however on unwrapping them at home, one of them was slightly chipped. I phoned and then emailed photo as requested. After no response, I phoned and emailed again. Eventually, a replacement mug was posted to me with a note stating ‘as a gesture of goodwill’. No apology."
