"I don’t usually do reviews but I really wanted to tell people about my recent experience here. We have only just moved to the area and hadn’t even got round to registering with a doctor or dentist when I got the dreaded toothache that just kept getting worse and worse. Anyway our neighbours recommended Chigwell Anaesthetic and even though they didn’t have any appointments, the receptionist could tell how much pain I was in and told me to come straight down. When I got there the receptionist was super helpful and helped me complete all the forms on the iPad. She then spoke to one of dentists who immediately said she would take a look, even though they were actually closed for lunch (something I didn’t find out until later on). Turned out I had an abscess and I was given immediate treatment and antibiotics. The dentist was so kind and a massive thank you to the receptionist who without her help I don’t know what I would have done."
