"Usually come here to do my shop. There is more variety avaliable. There is one particularly rude member of staff that works on the self service tills regularly, will look for name tag next time. Has obviously dyed blonde curly hair about 40s to 50s. Had a terrible experience here last year, I was made to produce receipts for a toy that this store did not even sell, which was in a bag under my pushchair. I let it go on this occasion, as its understandable people have a job to do. However, this member of staff is always eyeballing me and I spend about 120 pounds a time at this store every two weeks. It's very weird, I don't actually understand what this member of staffs issue is. On the other hand there is a very friendly gentleman he is a tall man and he's always polite and helpful. This is one of the reasons I actually come back and shop here."
"Had a wonderful shopping experience today would like to say thank you to Sandra on self scan for all the help you gave me and my little girl it was really appreciated and very kind of her hope she gets recognised for the great job she does"
"Scruffy store, got as far as the bread and cakes aisles and gave up. Loads of empty shelves, fruit and veg was a mess with green and black baskets empty and turned over, bread almost non-existent, cakes very poor, evidently there is no facing up done here. Had enough by the time I got to the Mr Kipling cakes and saw £2.75 for French Fancies, I just thought cba and went elsewhere"
"Very rude staff, would rate as a zero if we could. Popped in for a couple of bits early yesterday morning. We were going to return later to get our full Christmas shop but because of the rudeness that we experienced we decided that this would be our last visit and we went elsewhere."
"Dear Asda Today I was abused by one of you delivery drivers. She had blocked a junction on Cole street, netherton in the DY2 area and when I asked her to move forward she told me to F off and stuck her fingers up at me. This happens at around 17:10 today 30/1120. This is not very professional or courteous of your driver and would it have happened to a more aggressive person could have resulted in her potentially getting assaulted. This does reflect on you very well and I’m sure you will be able to determine who was driving this particular van. The beginning of the registration is YF70 I didn’t catch the rest of it. The driver was a white female who looked I her late 50s wearing glasses. Perhaps a word with her might be beneficial to her to help her adjust her attitude…"
