"Oh dear not again. Unsure why the elderly shop assistant with brown hair has to be so off in front of other customers too who witnessed her. Huffing, not exactly being gentle with food items, refusing to pass items towards screen after payment. I was Not rude in anyway, so why is she (again). I am horrified of the unprofessional behaviour of this old woman who seems to have a flip side . Shame as many MORE people willing to do a much better job than she does . Rather upsetting ."
