"Probably the worst shopping experience I've ever had this morning! I went to the till to pay for my goods, the person in front of me had a item that didn't have a code on it, the woman on the till called to get a code. After waiting a while for someone to come back with a code for the item she suggested I use another till as it would be quicker. I went to another till but it wasn't quicker at all in fact by the time I got served the original till had served the two customers behind me. I bought a sack of dog food and FOUR bags of coal, after I got home and checked my receipt I found I had been charged for FIVE bags of coal! There was only two tills open with queues at both of them yet there was at least ten staff restocking the shelves. A very unprofessional outfit if you ask me! Bad staff management and staff stocking shelves without any let alone the correct product code isn't good practice if you ask me! Then to overcharge for goods isn't very professional either! Moral of this tale ALWAYS check your receipt before leaving home bargains on ings Road Wakefield if you don't want to be ripped off!"
