"My local shop employed two Indians who can barely understand a word of English. So I decided to try a new store, with the need to top up my electric with the vouchers they are handing out via pay point which this store advertises using. The women in the store point blank refused to take the voucher and said the manager refused to do them. So this is definitely not my local store and it will be complained against via pay point and local government, considering the importance of this measure, in these hard times. All it takes is a little effort to be a good citizen and a good business. This ship is neither, nor gaining a daily customer. I was also buying other things whilst here too. Disappointing, hurtful and stressful. Luckily found a much nicer, friendly and competent pay point /store. Who now as a new customer."
