"latte filled only half of it, I opened the cup to to the guy who work there to see the level of the coffee, the guy was rude with me, he told me "this is large" even when the coffee has half of it empty!, they must know this is a coffee and must present and given with a smile, when I told him about the issue I felt like I am asking for something to eat for a survival. I do not like employees who did not know how to deal with customers issues, he can just say sorry we will check the machine or report it to costa and I will accept that with a happiness and smile."
