Reviews
"Disappointing service. Don't offer services you can't actually provide. I dropped of an Amazon return and I asked for proof of postage, as Amazon and any company would recommend, but the person at the counter says "you'll receive an email" and leaves it at that. Days later and I have not received any confirmation. At the time I wanted to take a quick picture of the parcel just in case Amazon says I never sent the parcel but this person responds "no you cannot take a picture. You need to believe me" in a dismissive tone, takes my parcel away and starts to ignore me. I don't care how trustworthy someone is, it's only right that I would want some proof I sent my return, for my own protection."
"Rude Staff"
