"I used to like this shop. I’ve placed order for Pierogi and cake for my Wigilia couple of weeks ago, gave my number which lady wrote down herself...At the point of placing order I haven’t been told what date orders will be available or that they will confirm when they are ready. I went today to pick my order up.....they took my number down incorrectly apparently and as they couldn’t get in touch, they let my order go to someone else....I probably wouldn’t be as upset if lady working in the shop today didn’t have attitude on or at least said sorry. She made out as if it was my fault that her colleague took my mobile number wrong.. Still I said no worries, Merry Xmas...she didn’t even respond .I managed to find what I needed in another more local shop luckily. I will not be returning..."
