"Good store ok prices and nice staff"
"22 December around 3 pm. Me and my partner came for big shopping. Took a big trolley and filled it full. Waited a very big queue( only 2 tills were working). And when it was our turn to pay lady cashier (5β² 4β³ tall with brown hairs, white on till nr 2 middle one) said what there is no delivery today or tomorrow. We was so upset, because we spend around 2hours finding and carrying products, then waiting for queue and carrying products on the till and we needed this products today ir tomorrow. But in that moment lady cashier said what we need to put products back. We was shocked. We can't carry them (I'm after surgery, my partner recovering after eyes surgery). She started to shout and yelling on us. It was so embarrassing. She called security lady and told everything to her and manager as well. Seems manager said her to put everything away by herself. We was standing with empty trolley (with pound coin in it). She came back to the till shouting and yelling and started to pull out trolley from me. Saying: GO AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK! IF YOU DONT WANT IT YOU HAVE TO PUT IT BACK!!! I said:I'm sorry, I can't carry it. I was already exhausted. She continued to pull out trolley even harder and saying: GIVE ME THEN YOUR TROLLEY!!! I said : sorry, there is my coin in it. She said: I DONT CARE, YOU WILL WAIT TILL I WILL DO YOUR JOB AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE YOUR TROLLEY. I was already in tears because of embarrassment everybody was stearing on us and usability to have products. That was shocking experience and unbelievable coustumer service. I didn't get why manger didn't came to us. But anyway, I will never use Iceland in future. Because seems this attitude are acceptable."
"Great choice of food - No trolleys - never enough check outs"
