"I shop here frequently, i have my parcels from online companies also delivered to the store. I have become familiar with a few of the staff who work there & can only provide positive feedback for the staff they are friendly and helpful, especially Bernie on customer service & Amy, i don't know names of the other staff on Customer Service or self scan tills, however, they all appear friendly. Amy will stop & offer her help, especially on Monday 6th Feb while collecting a parcel at Customer Services, i commented to Amy & the other lady " i couldn't believe there was no eggs left on the shelf" Amy told me to wait at Customer Services & off she went and came back with some eggs for me, very helpful."

"Unprofessional and disgusting service from the ladies working at Customer Service. They are unclear when explaining and then gets frustrated when we don’t understand. They were the typical “Karens”. Thanks to Suzie at Customer Click and Collect for helping me out. She was polite, understanding and professional. Also a few weeks back, the petrol station exit is quite tight when crossing over from one side to another, I had curbed my alloys. I’m definitely not happy with my recent experiences."

"Never had a problem in this store before until yesterday, a lady at the till was extremely rude and nasty to me and refused to sell me bags after calling me a liar. I was disgusted in how I was spoken to and looked at. I went to speak to the manager who was apologetic and said she would be speaking to the lady. This encounter left me in a very low mood and with a headache. So not the store but a member of staff, I will only be using self checkout from now on."

"Don't come here if you need a lot of shopping and don't have a pound coin for a trolley. The staff don't help and don't really care if you're struggling with baskets. You need cash for a trolley while the store is trying to go cashless! And don't waste your time with their 'bags for life' they don't last 5 seconds before the rip apart at the handle."

"Absolutely a very spacious and comfortable superstore to shop at, successfully got everything I need on my list, completed my list ticking boxes, I am glad I took the night off to shop here at ASDA Eastlands Superstore, must bring the lovely recycling bag to leave the store with, otherwise can't carry the groceries I brought to home, had a nice time shopping here, a lot of aisles and various stuff to fulfill my wishes, even extended my searches, spent longer time here than I imagined haha"
