"Absolutely shocking experience tonight. Used to really rate this place so ordered to collect at a specific time. Was really busy when I entered but I don't expect to wait 30 mins when I'd already phoned an order through. There was obviously some mix up as I saw the guy put my pizza in the oven afyer being in there a good 20 mins and they had some discussion about it not being ready. I was in the shop so someone could have spoken to me and asked if I minded waiting. My 5 year old was waiting on the car with her dad. No apology or anything else. Shocking service and won't be using again. There was a 2 hour wait for delivery and loads of people ringing up to complain. They even took the phone off the hook as they clearly couldn't deal with the volume."
