"Full of great prices on a lot of food and goods"
"Security guard often wearing hat blue hat is a complete tool, follows you around the store, stares in to your basket and will often follow you out on his phone. Saw him recently follow a couple out and grab their bag from behind and tried to start pull items out of the bag. The other one (tall, always in chatty) is a lot nicer and friendlier and knows what he is doing."
"Really busy when I went here... Christmas shopping I guess... Didn't know there was underground parking in addition to ground level. Nice big store with all the usual lines."
"Great prices, and it is always fully stocked, other than one exception, but there was a good reason, it was a zombie apocalypse so the public were bulk buying, actually it was just a bank holiday but people over react as usual. Staff are always friendly and helpful despite being incredibly busy. They all do an amazing job."
"Four stars after they have installed " self serve " tills... just because of the prices... All my life I have served others, be it as their Waiter, chef, bar tender, forecourt attendant.,. I was also one of the first male checkout operators at Hillards in Skipton.... not forgetting my job behind the record counter at " Brown Muffs " ( also at Skipton.... and... Yes that was the name of the shop... )... Over 52 years of shop jobs, which started in 1967 when I used to serve in my Nan's electrical shop in Brighton... So... The last thing I want to do at the end of a busy shift, serving people at my Nephews Restaurant, is to serve myself in a supermarket... Not to mention the jobs lost to automation and the lessening of human interaction in everyday life... Sometimes I just feel that moves like this are a step too far.. The sad thing is that I will probably resort to shop delivery service because of this... At least you get to speak a few sentences to the driver."
