"Very rude staff at 2pm today 23/09/22. Came in to make a return, stood patiently under the 'Collections & Returns' sign & waited for another customer to be served, while second member of staff stocked shelves and went to help at self checkouts, finally came back & asked what I wanted, when I explained they told me "the line is there" (there was no line by this point!) & treated me like some kind of queue jumper. Have realised maybe there's only one till but they could have said that, I didn't know, was just waiting where the sign told me because a lot of stores have separate queues for returns. Made me feel bad so I left the store, no need for it, staff could take some basic awareness training."
