So I called them again and blocked by number. So called on a different phone and asked for just eats number and then was told they don’t have it and they’d never called them. So they had lied to me in saying they’d spoken to just eat about it. Finally got it 1 hour and half late! It’s cold food too. Ruined my evening. Will never be ordering from Halesowen again! "I placed an order for a call of duty bundle for my son which is a large pizza and a side plus codes to use in the call of duty game. When the order arrived (an hour late) the side was incorrect. When I called the restaurant they said they'd tried to call to advise the side I'd ordered wasn't available but I had no missed calls. When I proceeded to ask about where the call of duty codes were, which I'd also not received, they hung up on me. When i called back they wouldn’t answer the phone! So rude and terrible customer service. I will never order from them again!"
