"The food was claimed to have been delivered, but it hadn't. After ringing to find out what had happened, they remained adamant that their delivery driver was telling the truth and we were lying about receiving the food. I asked for a description of the person the food was handed to and then tried to explain how I wasn't even the same ethnicity as the person who supposedly took the food - they still refused to do anything. The food was delivered over an hour late, with no apology. Utterly appalling, they have lost a customer of over 10 years."
