"The Dr. Is the most rude person I had seen in all my life, he speaks over me, he hung of the phone while you're speaking, after several mistake, he still act likes he knows everything. But he doesn't know nothing. I seriously don't understand how NHS can keep doctor like him. He is horrible, but everything will be end one day."
"Absolutely no help. Hangs up the phone during an appointment even before you’ve finished speaking. I always try and avoid making appointments and seeing the doctor because I know he would be useless and it would just be a frustrating situation. Does not listen to the patient and their health condition completely. Always speaking over the patient and doesn’t offer any useful information other than NHS links…. Which is even more useless. Definitely needs to find a new doctor and a GP surgery."
"Absolute shambles, phone up at 8.30 am to request a repeat prescription and was told it would be ready today, so I traveled across leeds on a 45 minute bus journey only to be told by the pharmacist that they haven’t got it. So I’ve explained that I’m on my way down to get my prescription and I’ll go to another pharmacist. I get to the doctors and get told Rudely that I’ll have to wait outside in freezing conditions to wait until the doctors is ready to sign off the prescription (bearing in mind I was told it would be ready today straight away). Then the other woman comes to the door and lies to my face that she told me this afternoon ( when I confronted her about that she backed down). Please avoid as they don’t contact you when your needed for blood tests too, I have been waiting sometimes for months for them to invite me in."
