"After noticing more hair shed than normal over the last couple of months, and after having tried natural shampoo's and hair gummies to no avail, I submitted an enquiry with Stephen, after reading his glowing reviews. From initial enquiry (Wed 16th Dec 2021), right up until after my appointment (Thurs 23rd Dec 2021), Stephen was attentive, reassuring and full of knowledge. When I turned up to my appointment, Stephen met me in the car park, mask on, took my temperature and sanitised my hands - great COVID safe practises. He was friendly and professional and as soon as we reached his consultation room, he wasted no time in asking me all the important questions. We chatted about all sorts, including medical history, family, stress and food. He did an examination on my scalp and used his (pretty impressive!) microscopic camera to capture some images of my scalp and hair follicles. After he was finished, he discussed my outcome, referred me to all the right places and recommended treatments. From start to finish, my appointment was fantastic - I cried in utter relief that my issues can be resolved and I am not balding!!! "Because of lockdown, I was unable to visit the clinic in person, but instead had a zoom call with Stephen. I sent some photos to him the day before and prepared the answers to some questions. The consultation lasted an hour during which time Stephen was able to give me some answers as to why my hair has been falling out. He also gave me lots of tips and fact on how to look after my hair, on how to keep up good eating habits and how to best deal with my hair loss problem. It was so interesting and such an eye opener!
