We had to rearrange our appointments a few times due to the travelling ban, return dates changing etc. and the clinic staff couldn't do enough for us. We contacted them via telephone and even email, which they was speedy to reply to us. They was always happy to help, reassured us and showed they genuinely cared in our circumstances.
