"I went to the private clinic for a procedure due to its reputation. The procedure didn’t exactly go to plan so i went back to the clinic to get the matter resolved. After a consultation with the same surgeon who was happy and confident to correct what had been done i was told they would be contacting me to set a date for the surgery. The next day i was emailed saying the surgeon is leaving the clinic therefor would not be able to do the surgery and that i had to come in for another consultation with a different surgeon. The new surgeon said she would not be confident to take the procedure on, this been the case i was told by the management that they would contact my original surgeon to organise having the procedure done. As time went by i had to chase them up for an update, I received a very frosty email to say the least, explaining that they would not be putting me in contact with my original surgeon and that i would now need to go to London (i live in Leeds and had been going to the Leeds clinic to this point) for ANOTHER consultation with ANOTHER surgeon. After been made to feel like i was a burden instead of a customer who paid good money, told one thing in person but something completely different over email numerous times, i decided to contact the original surgeon myself. I would rather pay for the surgery again at his new clinic than keep having my time wasted by the ladies running the Leeds private clinic."
