"Having undertaken meticulous research whilst looking to replace my (at times agonising) Ikea Marcus office chair I came across Steelcase, specifically their Gesture model. During my many deep-dives of the internet I kept coming across Hunts Office and their comprehensive videos, blogs and guides; it became clear to me that they are not just a box shipper but experts in their field. I actually contacted several Steelcase agents and Emma at Hunts was by far the most helpful and responsive. We interacted a few times on different aspects of the purchase and she was nothing but patient and helpful throughout. My Gesture arrived very well boxed and fully assembled, which was great. The chair actually had an unforeseeable issue and Emma was quick to make suggestions, contact the manufacturer and ultimately, and in a timely fashion arrange to have it swapped out for another – no return to store, no cost of carriage – no fuss whatsoever. If you are thinking of buying a chair then the Gesture is well worth a look, at 6’2” and 110kgs+ it hugs my long back and cossets my posterior. Marathon work days followed by epic gaming and streaming sessions are no longer leaving me limping like the Ikea chair did. Of course, Hunts are 100% recommended by me. Look no further."
