"For the first time I made an appointment via e-mail, I was positively surprised by the quick response and booking the date. After a week, a small hole in the tooth was filled and the scaling was done. I was offered to book next appointment in 3 or 6 months so chose 3 months. I saved the date on the phone with a reminder, repeated the date again to be 100% sure. When I came for an appointment, I found out that I did not have it because it was not booked - it is also possible that it was simply canceled without informing me. Unfortunately, at the reception I heard only "sorry"…Good behavior and respect for the client is to apologize and propose a new appointment instead of sending someone away by saying "sorry". I do not recommend!"
