"Agree with Grant Howell. The dentist he has named was extremely rude the first and only time I was there. And there was no need for that sort of behaviour as I am always polite. I am a patient and a customer, not there to be a victim of snide and cynical comments - condescending, rude remarks are not needed. I am there for treatment, not a lecture on how "ignorant" I am. BTW, I have two post-grad degrees in science - I am not exactly stupid. Hoping for a better experience with the other dentist next time I am there- I have heard very good feedbacks about him. If I am disappointed again, I shall not hesitate to change the venue for my dental care. I am on private insurance, so I don't care if it is NHS or not.
