Reviews
"I had previously struggled to get through to healthy minds a year or so ago and had left a review saying as much. I’m updating my review to reflect my recent positive experience. I referred myself online recently and found the process much smoother this time around, I only had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment (I did not need to speak to someone urgently). Charlotte called me today for my initial appointment, she was kind, friendly & understanding. I have subsequently been referred for the appropriate treatment but feel very satisfied with the process so far."
"Very inaccessible service. Only way to contact is via phone but some people, like myself, cannot make phone calls."
"Not impressed at aaall with the conduct of healthy minds. Had an appointment booked for over a week and sat waiting for a phone call. Thinking the therapist had run over on her last appointment I waited an hour only to be told she claimed she had made several attempts to call me. That is a blatant lie. Not a service that is supposed to help people who are vulnerable"
"Had my appointment over the phone with Martin on 19th, not very good experience at all. If the calls are recorded i would request the management to listen the call, the guy was laterally yawning & chewing the words. I could not feel comfortable throughout the conversation at all. At the end of the call his response was like we healthy minds are not able to help. And at the end of the call i was more depress instead feeling better. An absolute waste of public/Govt/NHS/Charity resources. I wish i could have seen reviews before accepting this appointment. Governing body should review this service why its failed or so many negative reviews before it gets too late."
"Ive had nothing but great experiences with healthy minds. I have seen 2 therapists with them over the last year, both were super attentive, helpful and punctual. Highly recommended"
