"As part of my order I requested, free brake check, free battery check and wheel alignment. None of this was completed on the day, with the following excuses. Brake check, oh we didn’t know that was requested Battery check, oh it’s gone 5pm we haven’t got time for that Wheel alignment, oh we need a specialist to do this as our guys can’t do this. It also took over 1 hour to change and balance 4 tyres."
