He identified the fault, and helped me find the part that needed to be repaired online, but it was out of stock everywhere. I then found the part online, and when it arrived I called Jon and he was able to attend the same evening, and fitted the part so I'm now back on the road. Jon was transparent with pricing, and the fee was more than reasonable with a quick turn around time. "I Felt mugged! JG auto’s profile says no call out charges but he actually charged be £40 for call out charge. I agreed to pay him £40 to be deducted during his next visit to fix my car when I provide him the part, but he never came back, bit returned my messages."
