"My car was booked in for an MOT test and failed on a minor issue, which has now been rectified. Upon collecting the car this morning, I noticed a scratch about a foot long on the nearside sill which was not there before I took the car into this Garage. When questioning the staff about this damage they then decided to run through all CCTV images of the car in motion; keeping me waiting for the best part of an hour. They found no damage occurred whilst in their care. They denied all responsibility in this matter, when it is clearly obvious, the damage to my my vehicle must have happened whilst the vehicle was in their care. I found the staff most unsympathetic to my concern and instead they continued to play with their computers and virtually ignore me. Not a Garage worthy of recommendation"
"We’ve used this garage for the last 2 years for out cars MOT and they’re great. Really efficient and friendly. After I collected my car yesterday from its MOT service when I got home a warning light appeared so I went back to the garage today just for some help and advice and they offered to top my coolant fluid up for free! I couldn’t believe it, when is anything ever free these days? We will definitely continue to use this garage."
