"The doctor referred my daughter nearly 4 years ago for her Aspergers. I had a phone call saying they can help with my situation after its 4 years too late and done everything off my own back. I need a medal to get where i am now with my daughter after all the stress you go through. They do nothing to help and after first appointment they discharged her as i have worked hard and done it all off my own back. That place is a shambles and needs closing down. They are a let down to children with a disability its a disgrace. Would give them no stars as they are not even worth one."
"Left here in 2012 I’m now nearly 29. I thought they were amazing they gave me the right medication and everything for my anxiety. I wouldn’t be where I am today if I wasn’t on medication for my anxiety."
"There should be an option for 0 stars because this place is a disgrace and are failing children all the time. I have fighted to get my son help and a diagnosis since 3 years old he is now 8 years old and his behaviour is now out of control.. last year they shut the case down due to school reports not showing enough evidence. Since then there has been 2 emergency referrals from the Dr's and social services intervention due to how dangerous his behaviour is.. inclusion support.. place to be .. early help.. autism West midlands and a case worker involved.. today we went to an assessment the woman was horrible rude and cold.. she told me if my son don't stop being hyperactive she will have to terminate the meeting!!!! THATS THE WHOLE REASON WE ARE THERE... for help!! He displayed alot of issues in the assessment.. I think it's wrong I have to explain everything and run my child down infront of him that's not right!! Then tried to shut the case down!!! I'm so angry and sick of the system.. there is every trait of both autism and adhd but they don't care and just want to get rid of us.. The place needs shutting down they are failing all the children!!!!"
"The help you can get is a pat on the back and saying you are ok , which is as much as the lady at asda can do . Every year my child is worse off than we ended up there . It is better to avoid them"
"If I could give 0 stars I would! I have had a really bad few years within mental health and have found it extremely difficult to live with this. The outcome I’ve had within going to cahms is not helpful at all. Both me and my parents have been laughed at by a certain doctor and felt really judged. Have been going here for 5 years and still haven’t got an answer to my struggles. Only been told to have a bath/ not supportive over teen mental health at all and will have to wait until I’m 18 to see the crisis team until I get the support and help I and my family deserve. Do not recommend"
