"I went for a full body wax and arrived earlier than my appointment just to help out the lady. She was very unprofessional and kept complaining that she needed to go soon. She rushed the waxing and really hurt me the point of leaving 3 bruises on my legs. I paid for a full body wax and she left some areas untouched like she didn't even bother with it even though I said I need a full body wax. I'm so upset that I traveled extra gar and paid for a treatment and did not receive it. Very unprofessional as a small child kept interrupting I felt so uncomfortable as I was not fully clothed because of the wax treatment. I called to place a complaint with the management but without listening to be she rudely hung up on me. Don't waste your money here you will be treated very badly."
