"We paid these guys £50 in mid December. They ignored all calls and emails until mid January. They finally booked us in for an assessment after initially saying they have no record of the payment. We had to give them a bank statement before they admitted they've been paid. Then they didn't phone on the assessment day or time. Instead, they called the wrong number and then later pretended to have phoned us when they hadn't. Absolutely useless, heartless, incompetent people. No wonder the suicide rates among men are so high. They took their fifty pounds and didn't help us at all to access the children. Absolutely cruel, heartless and useless organisation. They love and support women, but are men haters to the core. Avoid like the plague if you are male."

I may have got Tarlin’s name wrong, but I mean the staff that supervised our child’s contact on19/08/22 16:50 to 17:30pm ( Birmingham) Tarlin and Diane are amazing and very professional.
